Visa Bulletin Forecasts Visa Availability (7/18/06)

The August 2006 Visa Bulletin shows retrogression or the establishment of cut-off dates in a number of categories, and predicts further retrogression in September. In addition, the State Department warns that Schedule A visa availability is approaching the limit of 50,000, and that a cut-off date may have to be established in October.
